Shipping policy
You are welcome to pick up orders in Hilltown, PA or at a show. Simply select pickup under shipping options. We ship orders anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. The shipping we charge is what that carrier charges us. We recognize that this makes our shipping charges higher than other's, but we trust it is offset by the ubiquitous low prices of our products. We prefer not to role shipping costs into the prices of our products as that effects all customers regardless of their shipping needs.

Orders containing frogs and/or geckos will ship FedEx Priority Overnight (other options are disabled during checkout) due to the Lacey Act. Additional items larger than 6x6x2 most likely will ship separately from frogs/geckos via method of our choice due to dimensional weight impact on FedEx Priority rates.
Orders containing other live items (bugs/plants) can ship any USPS/UPS service that will arrive in one business day (as indicated in cart) to your location from 19440. Feel free to use the lowest rate service meeting these requirements. We will send you an invoice for additional shipping charges if needed to meet these requirements. Live arrival is not guaranteed should you ship outside of these requirements.
Frogs/geckos ship Mon-Wed when the temperatures between 19440 and the destination are forecasted between 20F and 90F for the shipping duration. Insects ship Mon-Thurs when the temperatures between 19440 and the destination are forecasted between 35F and 80F for the shipping duration. You can check the forecasted temps here. By law, insects other than fruit flies can only be shipped within PA. Fruit flies can ship anywhere in the USA.
